Domino’s Tracker takes over Times Square
Honesty in a brand is a rare thing, as is complete transparency. Domino’s have taken this idea to the next level by placing real reviews from customers on a billboard in Times Square, one of the most visible pieces of real estate on Earth. Fair play to them. As far as I know, they are even letting the bad reviews get up there too… I guess they can’t get it right every time can they?
Even at its store-level, the integration between employee and customer is really nice. People know who is making their pizza, and reviews are shopwn on screen to the Domino’s team in real time. This really builds a relationship between the customer and the staff, and is a lovely step in socialising even one of the most basic transactions.
What are your thoughts? Are Domino’s ahead of the curve in terms of customer interaction?
